At The Hausmann Group, we seek a skilled Client Support Specialist to provide exceptional support to our clients and team members. This role involves using organizational skills and attention to detail to manage client workflows independently.

  • Client Systems Management: Utilize strong attention to detail and organizational skills when updating and maintaining client systems. Ensure accurate and efficient use of internal databases. Manage client policies by adding, renewing, and terminating data under the direction of Client Managers.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate with internal account teams and carrier partners to prioritize client needs and timelines. Obtain important documentation to support the client experience. Attend carrier meetings and webinars to stay up-to-date with plan design, network, and insurance program updates.
  • Organization: Navigate internal resources to support client renewals, compliance, and marketing initiatives. Collaborate with account teams to set reasonable deadlines, follow up, and communicate the status of requests and projects.

  • A high school diploma is required; a college degree is preferred.
  • One year of office experience in a business environment is preferred.
  • You must obtain and maintain a Wisconsin Property & Casualty Insurance license within 90 days of hire.

Working Conditions:

  • This position will be headquartered in either the Pewaukee or Madison office. A valid driver's license is required.
  • The Hausmann Group offers a hybrid working environment with three days in the office and up to two days at home.
