Role Summary
As a pivotal member of the marketing team, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the marketing strategy for Advisor Marketing within Retirement Plan Services. You will prioritize team objectives, advocate for necessary resources, and eliminate barriers to ensure the successful implementation of the marketing strategy. Your expertise will guide the development of annual marketing plans and the execution of targeted campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the strategic planning process for the segment team as part of the integrated business planning cycle.
  • Ensure the effective communication of compelling messages across various campaigns and marketing materials.
  • Guide and mentor a team to deliver impactful client interactions through multiple channels, including web, email, social media, industry events, paid advertising, and sales materials.
  • Establish key performance indicators to track the success of specific marketing goals aligned with business objectives.
  • Provide strategic insights to identify opportunities for future lead generation initiatives.
  • Conduct research and leverage industry expertise to formulate marketing strategy recommendations for Retirement Plan Services.
  • Recruit, inspire, and develop a high-performing team, fostering a culture of efficiency and quality.
Qualifications:
  • Proven track record as a self-directed marketing leader with experience in strategy development, campaign execution, and lead generation.
  • Experience in leading and coaching effective marketing teams utilizing agile methodologies.
  • A strong commitment to collaboration with key stakeholders across sales, product, and client management.
Required Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, advertising, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years in a management role.
Work Flexibility
This position offers the opportunity for remote work up to two days per week.
