We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Loss Prevention and Security Professional to join our team at Marriott International Inc. As a key member of our security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests, employees, and assets.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct regular security audits and inspections to identify potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Monitor and respond to security incidents, including accidents, attacks, and other emergencies.
- Develop and implement effective security protocols and procedures to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments, including hotel management and law enforcement, to ensure a comprehensive and coordinated approach to security.
- Provide training and guidance to employees on security procedures and protocols.
- Conduct investigations into security incidents and prepare reports for management.
- Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement and other security agencies to ensure a collaborative approach to security.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of experience in a security or law enforcement role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Certifications in security or law enforcement.
