Job Title: Heavy Equipment Operator for Erosion Control Division

We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator to join our Erosion Control Division at K2 Construction LLC. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate heavy equipment such as motor graders, track loaders, and compaction equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Ensure that company equipment, materials, and the work site are maintained, kept clean, and stored in a safe manner.
  • Assist the Erosion Control Division in tasks such as silt fence installation, trenching operation, grading, seeding installation, sod installation, finishing dirt work, and hydroseeding.
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction environment.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Physical ability to stand, walk, climb, stoop, and bend for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift 10-50 pounds and work from heights.
