Job Summary
In this role, you'll be the voice of our brand, engaging with our valued guests over the phone to understand their needs and provide them with the best options available. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service while maintaining a competitive spirit that drives results.

Key Responsibilities- Handle inbound calls from guests, providing expert assistance and offering additional options to enhance their experience.
- Sell cruises and upsell add-on services/products to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand guests' preferences and deliver personalized recommendations.
- Exceed quality phone standards and consistently meet or surpass monthly performance targets.
- Provide comprehensive product knowledge to customers, highlighting how they can derive maximum value from our offerings.
- Ensure outstanding service delivery for all products and services, fostering customer loyalty and repeat business.
- Take ownership of metrics and outcomes, embracing accountability for your performance.
- College degree preferred.
- Tech Savvy - Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology.
- Willingness to learn and develop sales skills to promote & sell our products/services.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience in customer service or a contact center environment is preferred.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
- Openness to training and development opportunities.
- $20.00 per hour + commission.
- Average annual salary: $60K - $65K.
