Your mechanical and electrical skills will be essential in diagnosing and resolving technical challenges, ensuring the highest level of operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver field service assistance for piston compressor units over 100 kW, guaranteeing their performance and dependability.
  • Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on compressors at various customer locations across North America.
  • Interpret operational manuals, electrical diagrams, and parts lists to fully understand technical specifications.
  • Identify mechanical and electrical faults, troubleshoot issues, and apply effective solutions.
  • Engage with customers to fulfill their service requirements, respond to queries, and offer technical support.
  • Keep precise records of service activities, including reports, work orders, and documentation of parts utilized.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in servicing piston compressor units over 100 kW.
  • Robust mechanical and electrical expertise, with the capability to diagnose and rectify technical problems.
  • Willingness to travel extensively throughout the USA and Canada.
  • Proficiency in English is required; Spanish language skills are a plus.
  • Exceptional communication abilities, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with customers and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to work independently in various customer settings.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
  • Authorization to work in the USA and Canada.
