About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Production Technician to join our team at RedGuard Diversified Structures. As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in the interior build-out of storm shelters and other industrial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate construction.
  • Operate various power tools and equipment, including sanders, scrapers, and pressure washers.
  • Inspect work to ensure quality and accuracy, and make adjustments as needed.
  • Cross-train in various construction skill sets and utilize skills in multiple stages of the manufacturing process.
  • Examine products or work to verify conformance to specifications and ensure the quality of products or work.
Requirements
  • Prior job experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure and practice basic arithmetic.
  • Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and provide consistent work.
  • Works well as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills.
