• Work a varied schedule, including multiple Saturdays per month

**Requirements**

• High school diploma or equivalent and previous experience working in a financial institution or service-related capacity

• Working knowledge of software programs such as Microsoft Office and Windows programs

• Detailed knowledge of the credit union and its services

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work in direct, professional contact with a wide variety of people on a daily basis

• Punctuality, neat, professional appearance, and proper business telephone etiquette

• Above-average performance accuracy, productivity, and member service
