Site Medical Director Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced physician to serve as our Site Medical Director at a clinical site in Texas. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing the administration of clinical practice for providers across all primary care service lines at the site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Site Director to optimize schedule coverage, manage provider behavior and professionalism, and implement clinical workflow improvements.
  • Manage CME time and reimbursement requests, as well as PTO and holiday schedules in conjunction with the Site Director.
  • Address complaints and incident reports related to clinical operations, and serve as the Lab Director for the site.
  • Participate in the Provider Incentive Program, with a focus on metrics of success for the clinic site.

Requirements:

  • Board-certified physician with at least 3 years of clinical practice experience.
  • Leadership and management experience, with a focus on community health care.
