Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director Physician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pediatric Hospitalist Medical Director to join our team at Integrity Healthcare. As a key member of our hospital's pediatric medicine department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading our team of hospitalists, and contributing to the development of our pediatric medicine program.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care to newborns, special care nursery, and pediatric inpatient services, collaborating with pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists as a cohesive team.
- Participate in quality improvement and clinical research projects, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within our hospital.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive and supportive work environment that encourages open communication, teamwork, and professional growth among our hospitalists.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient outcomes, improve operational efficiency, and advance our pediatric medicine program.
- Collaborate with other hospital leaders to ensure seamless integration of our pediatric medicine services with other departments and programs.
- Previous leadership experience in a hospital setting, preferably in pediatric medicine.
- Excellent clinical skills, with a strong track record of providing high-quality patient care.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with colleagues, patients, and families.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on patient-centered care and family engagement.
