We are seeking a highly skilled Field Inventory Auditor to join our team at Circle K. As a Field Inventory Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting inventory audits at our stores to ensure accurate and efficient inventory management.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with Audit Supervisor and Audit Manager to ensure seamless audit processes.
- Collaborate with Store Analyst on the day of the audit to ensure accurate inventory counts.
- Count all merchandise using audit equipment to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Use computer systems to post and book audit figures in a timely and accurate manner.
- Research and investigate audit findings as directed to ensure accurate inventory management.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Ability to take ownership of work and relationships with stores is essential.
- Possess strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Team player with a professional demeanor to work effectively with colleagues and store staff.
- Valid driver's license and good driving record are required for occasional overnight travel.
- Ability to stand, bend, and work close to the ground for long periods of time.
- Ability to use a computer and handheld scanner to conduct inventory audits.
- Ability to hear and speak clearly for store and office support via telephone.
- Ability to periodically lift merchandise to count accurately (over 40 lbs).
- Ability to work in extreme cold or hot temperatures (coolers, sheds, drive-thru, freezer).
