Job Description:

Silveira Behavior Consultants is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Director Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Clinical Director in managing clinical operations.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Clinical Director with daily administrative tasks, including scheduling, resource planning, and reporting.
  • Provide supervision and support to clinical staff, including BCBAs and other support staff.
  • Manage a caseload of clients, providing direct clinical services as needed, conducting functional assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring client progress.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive and effective treatment delivery.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities, including audits, reviews of documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a leadership role.
