About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Dental Hygienist to join our team at Enlyst Staffing Solutions LLC. As a key member of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional patient experiences through coaching, cleaning, and screening.

Key Responsibilities
  • Balance the areas of health, well-being, and aesthetics for our patients.
  • Provide top-notch clinical care in cleaning, whitening, oral health screenings, or other patient services.
  • Coach patients to increase knowledge, focus, and positive interest in oral health.
  • Establish trusting, long-standing relationships with patients.
Requirements
  • Dedication to ensuring the highest quality of care to patients.
  • Desire to work in an entrepreneurial environment that values high energy and creative problem-solving.
  • High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation.
  • Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience at a dental practice.
Education and Training
  • Associate's Degree through an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • National Board Dental Hygiene Examination.
  • CPR/BLS Certification is required.
  • Passing a state/region-specific exam (as required) or willingness to obtain. Licensed and in good standing.
  • Registered Dental Hygienist (Preferred)
