Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to enhance business travel revenue and meet sales targets.
2. Identify and cultivate new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business.
3. Conduct thorough market research to remain informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape.
4. Collaborate with various departments within the hotel to guarantee seamless service delivery to clients.
5. Represent the hotel at trade shows, conferences, and other events to promote business travel sales.
6. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients and stakeholders.
7. Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure favorable terms.
8. Monitor and report on sales performance, tracking progress towards established targets.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in sales, business, hospitality, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, business travel sales, or hospitality.
- Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.
