Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Technician to join our team at Watermill Express LLC. As a Senior Technician, you will be responsible for performing hands-on diagnostics and repair of water only and water-ice units.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on water only and water-ice units to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues with water only and water-ice units.
  • Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties.
  • Lead by example and demonstrate a high level of technical expertise and knowledge of company procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical, maintenance, or repair role.
  • Thorough understanding of company technical procedures for water only and water-ice units.
  • Ability to communicate technical information clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean motor vehicle record.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
