We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a Senior Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing complex automotive systems, while delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and diagnose complex automotive problems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
- Inspect and repair various automotive systems, including brakes, suspension, alignment, engine performance, air conditioning, and coolant systems.
- Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technologies and techniques through formal training sessions and industry events.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace and adhere to all safety protocols and procedures.
- Work effectively in a team environment to deliver high-quality results and meet customer expectations.
- 3+ years of experience in automotive repair and diagnosis.
- ASE A4 Certification in Steering and Suspension and ASE A5 Certification in Brakes.
- State inspection licenses and/or MAC certification.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to cover business operational needs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
