Key Responsibilities:

* Maintain accurate and confidential medical records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines
* Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and direct callers to relevant personnel
* Ensure efficient and effective patient flow, minimizing wait times and improving overall patient satisfaction

Requirements:
* High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in healthcare or office administration preferred
* Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications

Compensation and Benefits:
* Estimated salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year
