Job Summary

Tulsa Winch Inc. is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and effective assembly of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly Operations: Assemble parts according to Bill of Material, Bill of Operations, engineering drawings, and other controlled documents.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate hydraulic and manual presses to assist in assembly operations.
  • Quality Control: Perform test procedures on assemblies as directed.
  • ERP Management: Maintain accurate and timely transactions in the ERP system.
  • Maintenance and Repair: Repair and maintain mechanical equipment.
  • Material Handling: Drive forklift truck, hand trucks, or manually move parts as directed or required.
  • Kitting and Training: Complete kitting parts based on production schedule and may be required to train other employees and help in other departments as directed.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Travel: Must be able to travel as required and/or directed.
Work Arrangement

This is an onsite position.
