Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Principal Engineer to lead our engineering projects from concept to completion. The successful candidate will have a strong background in product development, with a focus on plastic and injection molding processes.

  • Lead and manage engineering projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and improve products.
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform product development strategies.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot product performance issues, implementing effective solutions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field); Master's degree preferred.
  • 7+ years of experience in engineering, with a focus on product development and project management.
  • Strong experience with plastic and injection molding processes.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
