Job Title: Senior IT Manager Oracle EBS

Are you a seasoned IT professional with expertise in Oracle EBS and financial systems? Do you have a passion for leading teams and driving digital transformation? We're seeking a highly skilled Senior IT Manager to join our team and lead our financial systems and services using Oracle EBS.

About the Role

This is a key leadership position that requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to partner with business leadership to drive strategic initiatives. As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for providing strategic leadership to programs/projects related to the Finance and Accounting digital transformation, including Fusion financials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead IT Finance and Accounting business applications team to provide strategy, implementation, maintenance, support, and continuous improvement.
  • Coach, mentor, and manage direct reports to implement, maintain, and support all related software.
  • Own all system configurations, integrations, workflows, reporting, and analytics in the area of Finance and Accounting.
  • Participate/Provide strategic leadership in cross-functional programs/projects.
  • Analyze, document, communicate changes, design, and develop solutions considering the overall impact to current business processes, integrations, and reports with cross-business users.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of progressively responsible and directly related work experience.
  • 4+ years of experience in a people leadership/management role, responsible for the IT Finance and Accounting business applications team.
  • Expertise in the implementation and support of a variety of ERP applications, especially Oracle EBS, including leading a digital transformation from Oracle EBS to the Cloud (Fusion Financials).
  • Experience in utilizing and managing SaaS applications in the Finance area.
  • Proven ability to serve as an advisor to the business. Comfortable challenging requests. Prior consulting experience is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, directed, and change-oriented.
  • Ability to communicate concepts in clear and concise to management and to cross-functional departments or teams verbally and in writing.
