Senior Manager Clinical Terminology

Oracle is seeking an experienced Senior Manager to lead a clinical algorithm content team that develops clinical population health algorithms to measure and improve the quality of care for millions of patients on the Oracle Health Data Intelligence Platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical terminology and experience in leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of clinical population health algorithms to measure and improve the quality of care for millions of patients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with the platform's data model and terminology systems.
- Develop and maintain clear and unambiguous engineering requirements for software development teams.
- Ensure that requirements are in alignment with regulatory quality measurement specifications from external entities.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
Requirements:
- Strong leadership and advocacy skills.
- Ability to work across various internal teams and organizations.
- Technical proficiency with relational databases, SQL, Tableau, and various analytics tools.
- Strong analytical and deductive reasoning skills.
