Key Responsibilities
- Pest Management: Conduct thorough inspections to identify pest activity sources. Develop and implement effective pest management solutions using our range of products and services. Execute pest treatments and install preventive measures to ensure a pest-free environment. Maintain and operate service vehicles and equipment efficiently.
- Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through friendly and professional interactions during service visits. Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions to their pest issues. Proactively inform customers about additional services that could enhance their experience.
- Ongoing Education: Gain in-depth knowledge of Bain Pest Control Service's offerings through comprehensive, paid training programs. Stay updated on industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes. Participate in training sessions on new methods and products to enhance service delivery. Obtain and maintain necessary licenses and certifications as required by local, state, and federal regulations, with costs covered by Bain Pest Control Service.
Qualifications
- Successful completion of pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed.
Education & Experience
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
