Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Staffing and Post Coverage: Ensure that our operation runs smoothly with proper planning and communication.
  • Safe and Secure Working Environment: Take proactive steps to provide a safe and secure working environment for staff and other service provider personnel.
  • Security Inspections and Briefings: Conduct regular walk-throughs and security inspections for assigned posts and conduct daily briefings with direction from the General Manager.
  • Operational Compliance: Ensure operational compliance relating to all reporting procedures; follow procedural changes and ensure they are communicated effectively and efficiently to staff.
  • Training and Development: Administer training (initial and recurrent) of station personnel, and providing corrective action where needed.
  • Safeguarding Company Assets: Safeguard company equipment and vehicles.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to our clients.

Requirements

  • Previous Management Experience: Must have previous management experience.
  • Age Requirement: Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Security License: Must have a valid State Security License.
  • Driver's License: Must have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
  • Work Authorization: Upon hire, must provide proof of legal right to work in the United States.
  • Background Check: Must be able to pass all initial and recurrent training classes and exams, and obtain an airport badge with customs seal.
