Key Responsibilities:
- Meticulously clean and maintain assigned guest rooms and public areas to uphold Hilton's high standards.
- Ensure housekeeping carts and storage areas are organized and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Identify and report any maintenance issues within guest rooms and common areas.
- Handle lost and found items in accordance with company procedures.
- Efficiently manage room service trays, ensuring timely transfer to service areas.
- Address guest requests promptly and courteously.
