About the Role

As an Aesthetic Medical Assistant at SkinSpirit, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinics. Your primary responsibility will be to act as a liaison between the front office and healthcare providers, ensuring timely and efficient client flow. You will be responsible for back-office functions, including client preparation, support of healthcare providers, and clinic operations, all while promoting exceptional client care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional service to clients and team members
  • Support aesthetic specialists with patient intake and treatment preparation, as well as pre and post-care
  • Prepare equipment and examination rooms, and clean instruments
  • Manage inventory of medical supplies and equip exam rooms with necessary supplies
  • Attend monthly trainings and meetings
  • Stay knowledgeable about medical-grade skincare products and services
  • Assist with other duties as assigned
  • Travel may be required to other locations for training
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Medical Assistant Certification or previous work experience as a Medical Assistant
  • 1+ years of customer service or sales experience required; experience in an aesthetic setting preferred
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with clients, peers, and managers in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Ability to multitask while being attentive to clients and remaining flexible to the needs of the business
  • Ability to work as part of a team and take initiative independent of direct supervision
  • Proficient with Outlook and Word
  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
Physical Requirements

Prolonged periods of:

  • Standing, bending, or stooping
  • Use of hands and arms to finger, handle, feel, or control things, including but not limited to tools, objects, and/or controls
  • Reaching with hands and arms
  • Repeating of same movements
  • Talking and hearing

Occasional periods of:

  • Sitting, crawling, kneeling, climbing, or balancing
  • Pushing/pulling heavy objects and/or machinery

Pay Range: $24.00 - 30.00 per hour*

*Compensation will be determined based on candidate experience, clinic size, clinic location, and market.
