Job Summary

This role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a food service or hospitality establishment. The Operations Supervisor will work closely with unit management to ensure that all activities are in compliance with company, government, and accrediting agency standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Ensure optimal customer service and client satisfaction by providing a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Cost Management: Provide cost-effective management that meets and exceeds stated expectations by analyzing and optimizing operational processes.
  • Operational Oversight: Assist in the responsibility for all operational activities, including quality improvement, sanitation, infection control, and facility-related activities.
  • Health and Safety: Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines for all products and ensure a safe working environment for all associates.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Associate's Degree or comparable experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations management or a related field.
