About the Opportunity:
Sares-Regis Group is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Phoenix, AZ. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dynamic company that is committed to delivering exceptional results. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our properties, as well as supervising employees and outside contractors. Your duties will include coordinating work schedules, managing budgets, and ensuring that facilities are well-maintained. You will also be responsible for inspecting completed work and recommending changes to improve efficiency. A competitive salary is offered, along with benefits including a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation. Regular full-time employees are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation accrual and sick time.

About the Salary:
The estimated annual salary for this position is between $60,000 and $80,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible for a range of benefits, including a 401(K) match, rental incentive, and renewal compensation. Regular full-time employees are also eligible for medical, dental, vision, and other voluntary benefits, as well as vacation accrual and sick time.
