About Total Aviation Staffing:
We are seeking a highly skilled Aircraft Engineer to join our team in Albany, GA. As an Aircraft Engineer, you will be responsible for repair and modification design, engineering analysis, and the development of technical documentation. This role plays a vital part in driving business growth and ensuring exceptional product support and service to valued customers.
About the Role:
- Repair Design and Engineering Analysis (85%): Create repair or modification designs, conduct engineering analyses, and generate technical documents like repair approvals, drawings, and reports. Collaborate with internal departments and oversee manufacturing activities.
- Business Development (5%): Explore and cultivate opportunities for business expansion and revenue generation.
- Standards Development and Continuous Improvement (5%): Identify areas for process enhancement, actively participate in improvement initiatives.
- Customer Coordination and Management (5%): Manage customer relationships, ensuring top-tier product support and service.
Responsibilities:
- Create repair or modification designs

Qualifications:

Compensation Package: Enjoy a competitive salary range of $53,000.00 to $92,000.00 per year, along with valuable benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401k, PTO, sick pay, and vacation pay.
