About the Role

The Women's Technical Designer will be responsible for creating and updating technical packs, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring excellence in new styles.

Responsibilities:
  1. Partner with Merchandising, Design, and Product Development Teams to ensure accuracy and quality in new styles.
  2. Develop and maintain technical specifications and designs for women's active and lifestyle products.
  3. Lead daily tasks, including garment measurements, fittings, and communication with overseas vendors.
  4. Analyze and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of pattern-making experience, with expertise in digital pattern-making a plus.
  • Experience working with women's active and lifestyle products.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and PLM software.
Compensation Package:
  • Estimated annual salary: $90,000 - $110,000.
