Senior Associate Role - Workday Projects/Assets/Customers Lead

We are seeking a Senior Associate to lead finance transformation of Projects, Assets, and Customers workstream(s) to design, configure, test, and deploy leading practice-based business processes using Workday.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct client-facing design sessions to understand pain points and complexities while gathering configuration requirements, including data needed for conversion.
  • Proactively manage risks to protect the business and minimize disruptions by identifying and communicating findings to senior management and clients.
  • Support business development activities, such as proposal development and pursuit activities, working with KPMG resources from other service lines/industries.
  • Supervise and manage staff working on assigned engagements.
Requirements:
  • Minimum three years of recent experience or four or more full lifecycle engagements implementing the Workday platform for Projects, Assets, and Customers.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college/university; advanced degree in finance, accounting, business information systems; CPA is a plus.
  • Certifications in Workday Core Financials, along with applicable additional focused Workday certifications.
Compensation and Benefits

KPMG offers a comprehensive compensation package, including a salary range of $91,000 - $177,400 based on location. Additionally, we provide a variety of benefits, including medical and dental plans, vision coverage, disability and life insurance, 401(k) plans, and a robust suite of personal well-being benefits.
