At Helio Health, we are committed to providing comprehensive care and support to individuals struggling with substance use, mental health disorders, and other behavioral healthcare issues. As a Recovery Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in helping our clients achieve and maintain recovery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement personalized recovery plans with clients.
  • Link clients to community resources and support services.
  • Teach coping skills and provide non-clinical crisis support.
  • Accompany clients to medical appointments and court appearances.
  • Engage clients in formal recovery support services.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
  • Certified Recovery Peer Advocate (CRPA) Certification required within six months of hire.
  • One year of Health or Human Service experience preferred.
  • Valid NYS Driver's License required.
