JOB SUMMARY: The Risk Management Administrator is responsible for executing various administrative functions that bolster the effectiveness of the risk management program.

  • Conduct diverse skills assessment initiatives, including record entry, report generation, and necessary audits.
  • Oversee the maintenance of training record systems for the organization.

  • Assist in the tracking and processing of pesticide licensing for the organization.
  • Ensure adherence to the organization's safety, education, and training protocols by aiding in the creation of essential forms, applications, or related documents.
  • Monitor and uphold compliance on both in-house and cloud-based safety data management systems, including data entry, program submissions, and training assignments.
  • Engage actively in and promote Wright's culture of safety and employee ownership.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products utilizing the latest operating system.
  • Experience with Adobe Acrobat is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills, focusing on rapport-building, active listening, questioning, and patience. Communicates effectively with all levels of employees, both technical and non-technical.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak English sufficiently to perform job duties and interact with employees and vendors.
  • Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish is highly preferred.
ENVIRONMENTAL AND PHYSICAL ACTIVITY REQUIREMENTS: The physical activities of this position consistently require effective communication, hearing, sitting, walking, and standing functions. The role often involves sedentary work where sitting is required most of the time, with occasional standing or walking. The position also necessitates exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Must be able to perform activities with close visual acuity, such as reading a computer screen and printed materials. The functions of this position are conducted in a temperature-controlled environment.

INTELLECTUAL/EMOTIONAL REQUIREMENTS: The individual in this position must be capable of performing responsibilities effectively under pressure. The role requires adaptability to a variety of tasks, often shifting from one responsibility to another without loss of efficiency or composure. This position necessitates the ability to address and resolve issues while maintaining productive working relationships with employees, which may be interrupted frequently to meet the needs and requests of others. It also requires the ability to adjust to fluctuating priorities daily while being responsive to emerging needs.
