Position Overview:

Lyle Health is actively seeking a skilled Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant specializing in Family Medicine. This role is essential for our expanding primary care services, aimed at delivering high-quality healthcare to diverse patient populations.

Location: Greensboro, NC

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Monday through Friday with one Saturday each month.
  • Provide comprehensive care to both English and Spanish-speaking patients.
  • Diagnose and manage acute, episodic, or chronic health conditions.
  • Prescribe necessary medications and treatment plans.
  • Conduct thorough physical assessments of patients.
  • Coordinate referrals to other healthcare professionals and facilities as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in primary care, urgent care, or similar healthcare settings is preferred.
  • Recent graduates with a strong interest in primary care are encouraged to apply.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Must be eligible for a North Carolina Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant License.
  • Ability to establish rapport with patients and their families.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities are a plus.
