Advanced Practice Provider, Medical Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider to join our team at American Family Care. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with other providers and staff to ensure efficient patient flow and a high level of patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Perform complete, detailed, and accurate health histories, review patient records, and develop comprehensive medical assessments.
- Order laboratory, radiological, and diagnostic studies appropriate for the patient's complaint, race, sex, and physical condition.
- Formulate medical and nursing diagnoses and institute therapy or referrals to appropriate healthcare facilities, agencies, and resources.
- Provide instructions and guidance regarding healthcare and health promotion to patients, families, and significant others.
- Excellent communication skills with staff, patients, and families.
- ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA Board Certified.
- 1 year ER/UC experience preferred outside of clinical rotations.
- $00 per hour.
