Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Medical Support Specialist to join our team at South County Health. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide exceptional patient care and support to our patients and their families.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care, including personal care, comfort, and safety
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Assist with patient assessments, vital signs, and other clinical tasks
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
  • Valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends
