Resident Support Specialist

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) is responsible for providing general non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and may be directed by supervisors.
Key Responsibilities- Assists with housekeeping and laundry services, including trash removal and making and changing unoccupied beds.
- Assists with all aspects of meal service, including transportation of residents to and from the dining room, tray delivery, and ensuring a great dining experience.
- Answers resident call lights promptly and ensures that residents who are unable to call for help are checked frequently.
- Assists with 1:1 observations as assigned and maintains communication with the Nurse Supervisor/Charge Nurse to report any resident changes in condition, concerns, and grievances.
- Provides great customer service, companionship, communication, and engagement in activities.
- Assists clinical staff to make residents comfortable and assists with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
- Education: High School / GED
- Experience: 0-1 years
- Licenses and Certifications: None Required
