Job Opportunity

GPAC is seeking a seasoned Construction Project Manager to lead our clients' large-scale commercial construction projects in Sioux Falls, SD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion, and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage large construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and contractors, to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Manage and supervise a team of construction professionals, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with safety procedures, regulations, and industry standards, and maintain a safe working environment for all personnel.
  • Manage materials procurement, inventory, and logistics to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Supervise self-performed work, ensuring it is completed to the required quality standards and within budget.

Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in large-scale commercial construction projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of construction professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Proficiency with safety procedures, regulations, and industry standards, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex project issues.
