Job Summary

The Encore Boston Harbor is seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. As a Carpenter, you will be responsible for constructing and repairing building frameworks and structures, such as stairways, doorframes, partitions, and rafters, made from wood and other materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Construct and repair building frameworks and structures
  • Carry out millwork and intricate finish carpentry work
  • Maintain all Encore Standards
  • Ensure excellent guest and team member experience
  • Perform any other job-related duties as assigned
Requirements
  • High school or equivalent degree required
  • Successful completion of an apprenticeship, vocational/trade program, or college courses in a related field preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of carpentry experience preferred
  • General computer skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outstanding organizational, interpersonal, and administrative skills
  • Knowledge of basic hand and power tools and testing equipment and materials
Work Environment

The work environment is typically loud, and the noise level increases to loud when on the casino, kitchen, or property floor or some back of house areas. Team members are expected to work outside and are subject to all weather conditions.
