Job Summary:
A Technical Project Lead for Power Electronics is needed for a leader in power and automation technologies. This role involves leading technical project execution, ensuring compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial success for complex systems involving AC/DC drives and power electronics. The ideal candidate will have advanced engineering methods and coordinate cross-functional activities.

Responsibilities:
Develop systems and associated documentation to meet contractual and program quality requirements. Ensure project execution, contract compliance, customer satisfaction, and financial return for large, complex projects. Serve as a technical consultant to managers and project participants. Coordinate project activities and provide technical leadership. Act as technical lead, approving design deliverables and ensuring conformity, safety, and quality assurance. Solve critical issues and advanced concepts and methods. Work with customers to shape and deliver solutions, incorporating feedback for improvements. Participate in project meetings, resolving technical issues to meet contractual obligations. Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for engineering projects. Apply Design Thinking and Design for Excellence concepts in projects, including modeling, prototyping, and simulation. Conduct peer reviews and verify designs using checklists and engineering standards.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's Degree. 5 years of experience in power electronics and drives. Proficient in good written and spoken English. Basic knowledge of C/C++ programming and willingness to develop this skill and related processes.
