Responsibilities

As a Clinical Therapist with 360care, your duties will include:

  • Performing mental health evaluations and rendering diagnoses
  • Developing treatment plans
  • Providing weekly sessions with an established caseload
  • Coordinating patient care with an interdisciplinary team
  • Occasional crisis intervention
  • Upholding 360care policy and procedures, including compliance guidelines
  • Adhering to HIPAA and CMS regulations
Qualifications

We are seeking ideal candidates with:

  • Experience in medical settings and/or long-term care
  • Familiarity with the diagnosis and treatment of mental illness
  • Knowledge of geriatric psych needs, such as adjustment issues and dementia
  • Ability to learn and utilize technology
  • Heightened empathy and compassion
  • Excellent communication, organizational, cooperation, and customer service skills
