The Rock Academy is seeking a qualified Adjunct Faculty member to teach and mentor students in our Ministry and Leadership programs. As an Adjunct Faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality instruction, assessing student learning, and contributing to the development of our academic programs.
Key Responsibilities- Teach and mentor students in Ministry and Leadership courses, including Biblical Studies, Theology, and Practical Ministry
- Develop and manage course materials, including syllabi, lesson plans, and assessments
- Evaluate student performance and provide feedback to students
- Participate in program assessment and evaluation, including the development of program outcomes and assessments
- Collaborate with other faculty members and staff to achieve program goals and objectives
- Master's degree or Doctorate in a related field, such as Biblical Studies, Theology, or Ministry
- Experience in teaching and mentoring students in a higher education setting
- Strong knowledge of Ministry and Leadership principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in teaching online courses
- Knowledge of pedagogical methods and best practices in higher education
- Experience in program assessment and evaluation
