Job Description

At Facilitates, we are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our projects meet the highest standards of quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance plans to ensure compliance with company standards and industry regulations.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that quality assurance processes are integrated into all aspects of project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain quality assurance procedures and documentation.
  • Provide training and support to project teams on quality assurance processes and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
