Restaurant Operations Manager

Job SummaryThe Restaurant Manager is responsible for supporting the Restaurant Leader in day-to-day operations of the restaurant and upholding Raising Cane's standards and culture. This includes managing cash handling, ensuring accountability, and executing shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities- Enforce Raising Cane's policies and standards
- Execute shift management meeting Raising Cane's operations and safety standards
- Direct crewmembers during a shift
- Provide exemplary customer service
- Utilize reward and recognition program for the crewmembers in the restaurant
- Authorize employee functions requiring manager approval
- Ensure cleanliness of the restaurant and ensure the facility is in good working order
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively
- Able to recognize problems, set goals, execute, and convert plans into action to solve problems
- Knowledge and skills in staffing, scheduling, people, and cost management
- Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends, and travel as needed for work-related functions and training
- Must complete all required Raising Cane's company training programs
- 1+ years of restaurant or retail management experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
