Job Title: Retail Sales Lead

About the Role:
Fabletics is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Lead to join our team at USC Village - Los Angeles, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, driving sales growth, and supporting store operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Embody our culture and values, providing insight to customers on how to live their passion.
  • Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, providing knowledge on our products.
  • Drive customer engagement through store events, promotions, and community projects.
  • Provide training and feedback on our customer experience playbook and performance expectations.
  • Work with the Store Manager to inspire associates to meet/exceed individual and team performance goals.
  • Maintain store merchandising guidelines and communicate inventory and training needs.
  • Actively participate in providing feedback to improve the business.
  • Meet and exceed store objectives in performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality standards.
  • Serve as a resource for product knowledge to customers and team members.
  • Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals.
  • Maintain all safety and security standards and identify potential issues.

Requirements:
  • 1-year minimum of work experience in a retail environment, with prior retail management experience a plus.
  • Knowledge and familiarity of active lifestyle choices.
  • Ability to socially interact with customers, employees, and business partners.
  • Ability to work with large teams and have great interpersonal skills.
  • High degree of comfort dealing with ambiguity and taking initiative.
  • Familiarity with retail inventory and P.O.S. systems.
  • Self-motivated, good communicator, and ability to bring out the best in others.
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and work well under pressure.
  • Flexibility in work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays.
