The perfect candidate will possess a meticulous approach to managing financial data and reporting, with relevant experience in industries such as Retail, Wholesale, Consumer Goods, or Manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily accounting functions alongside the accounting team, including Cash Flow, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Reconciliations.
  • Facilitate Month-End and Year-End closing processes through precise Financial Reporting.
  • Implement accrual-based accounting practices for expenses and revenue, ensuring the correct recognition of financial commitments and transactions.
  • Establish and maintain effective processes and controls, introducing new measures as necessary.
  • Administer budgeting and forecasting tasks.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to deliver financial analysis and insights on company performance, budget discrepancies, and financial trends.
  • Supervise the annual audit process in coordination with external auditors.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 7+ years of experience in a relevant sector.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP or similar ERP systems.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
This position requires full on-site engagement.
