Job Summary

Rose International is seeking a highly skilled Policy Governance Manager to join our Banking and International Risk (BIR) Policy & Governance team. As a key member of this team, you will play a critical role in establishing a robust governance framework for Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) Policies, Standards, and Procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Policy Advisory and Strategy: Provide guidance to 1st and 2nd Lines of Defense regarding Policy requirements, interpretations, and compliance.
  • Policy Development: Provide strategic input into the development and enhancement of all WCR Policies, Standards, and Procedures, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and simplification.
  • Policy Implementation and Enforcement: Engage with Businesses and Global Functions to track and influence the implementation of WCR Policy requirements.
  • Regulatory Engagement: Lead and participate in all regulatory engagement on WCR Policy and related documents.
  • Communication: Coordinate with key stakeholders to roll out timely communications, training, newsletters, etc.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in Policy development and governance
  • Wholesale Credit Risk (WCR) or related Risk Management experience a plus (not required)
  • Excellent written, and verbal skills with the ability to articulate complex problems and solutions through concise and clear messaging
  • Ability to perform independently, organized, and flexible
  • Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team-oriented
  • Knowledge and understanding of financial services are a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required; an advanced degree is a plus (not required)
