Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team as a Clinical Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for supervising ABA staff, monitoring the effectiveness of skill-building interventions, and developing child-specific behavior plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise ABA Staff: Provide guidance and support to ABA staff to ensure they are delivering high-quality care to our clients.
  • Monitor Intervention Effectiveness: Regularly assess the effectiveness of skill-building interventions and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.
  • Develop Behavior Plans: Create and implement individualized behavior plans that align with the principles of ABA therapy.
  • Supervise ABA Behavior Technicians: Provide ongoing supervision and support to ABA behavior technicians to ensure they are meeting the needs of our clients.
  • Develop Quality Initiatives: Identify areas for improvement and develop initiatives to enhance client satisfaction, employee performance, and retention.
  • Compliance and Regulatory Affairs: Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree: A master's degree in ABA or a related field is required.
  • BCBA Certification: Current BCBA certification from the BACB is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year of experience in ABA is required, with a focus on clinical supervision and leadership.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and related computer programs, such as Central Reach.
