Job Summary

We are seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team at our Stanley, NC learning center. As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement individualized behavior plans for our clients. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.

Responsibilities
  • Implement individualized behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each client
  • Collect data and conduct assessments as needed
  • Work 1-on-1 with clients in addition to group sessions
  • Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure high-quality care
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with special needs
  • Good verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to successfully complete a criminal history background check
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (in some cases)
