Job Title: Pediatric Autism Therapist

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Pediatric Autism Therapist to join our team. As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans and providing support and guidance to families.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement individualized behavior plans for children with autism
  • Provide one-on-one support and guidance to children and families
  • Collaborate with a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to develop and implement behavior plans
  • Collect data and conduct assessments to inform behavior plans

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with children with special needs
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
