Position Overview:
This is a salary-exempt role that offers additional monthly bonuses for new leases and renewals, as well as quarterly performance incentives.

We are looking for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and results-driven individual to oversee our established multi-family residential property management operations. The selected candidate will manage a 216-unit apartment community, ensuring both financial success and high-quality service for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the financial and operational performance of the property.
  • Coordinate staff, activities, and resources to achieve property goals as directed by senior management.
  • Engage with residents to facilitate lease renewals, address concerns, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of resident interactions, leasing activities, and financial transactions.
  • Recruit, train, and lead a motivated team to ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of on-site property management experience, including at least 1 year in a managerial role for properties with 150+ units, or 3 years as an assistant manager for properties with 300+ units.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software such as Yardi.
  • Strong organizational and bookkeeping skills.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Outstanding customer service and leadership skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) certification is advantageous.
